A focused 30–45 minute call to align on goals, style, timeframe, and constraints. Not a sales call — the first working session.
Design
Detailed intake, then two or three distinct itinerary options with honest tradeoffs. One structured revision round included.
Travel
We handle booking, final documents, and mid-trip coordination. One point of accountability from departure through return.

Single Hotel Booking
Preferred-partner amenities — upgrades, breakfast, credits — included. Hotel commission covers the service. No planning fee.
STANDARD PLANNING

Single Country, 1-3 Destinations
Research, itinerary design, supplier coordination, and booking management through return.
COMPLEX PLANNING
$500+
Scope Dependant
Multi Country Or Expeditions
Elaborate multi-leg itineraries, cruise and expedition coordination. Scope and fee agreed before work begins.
Group supplement (6+ travellers) quoted on engagement. Fees cover research, design, and coordination — not hotels, flights, or experiences, which are priced separately and require your approval before booking. Planning fees reflect time already invested and are not refundable once work begins.
After You Book
You'll receive a confirmation email and calendar invite, along with a brief welcome document. No prep work required — we review your details before the call.
